Shipping and Returns


Shipping

  • All our products are handmade and made to order, therefore they may take some time to get to you. We do however aim to have your order with you within 28 business days once payment has been cleared.

  • For larger quantities and custom made orders please make your order at least 6 weeks in advance. For rush orders, additional charges may apply.

  • NZ Standard Shipping - $5.00

  • NZ Standard Shipping (Rural) $7.50

  • Deliveries will be made via NZPost and a Tracking number will be sent to you

Returns and Exchanges

  • If something isn't quite right with your order please contact us immediately and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

  • For incorrect sizing only a exhange can be requested - please choose as correctly as possible as it takes up to 28 days from date of item returned to Butterfly Kisees for a new size.  Return of the incorrect item is up to the receiver.  

 

  • However to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

  • Items exempt from being refunded or exchanged:
    * Used items
    * Personalised items
    * Incorrect spelling (please ensure names are spelt correctly on checkout); a replacement item will be offered if the mistake was ours
